Agistix connects to thousands of carriers across API, production EDI-over-sFTP, and webhook subscriptions, covering parcel, LTL, truckload, ocean, and air. Ocean visibility includes CargoSmart, INTTRA, Maersk, and MSC. Air cargo telemetry pulls from IATA-style APIs.
Can carriers, suppliers, and customers add tracking updates directly?
Role-based permissions determine what each stakeholder can view and edit within the Agistix platform. Once access is configured, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams can contribute transit events, POD images, and exception notes through the platform or a branded Microsite.
