Agistix Logistics Management Automation Wins CODiE Award for Best Supply Chain Management Solution. Presented by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the award recognizes the best solution for coordination and collaboration with suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers.
"The 2008 CODiE Awards recognize those companies providing the best new technology products and services across a broad array of industries," noted SIIA President Ken Wasch. "The awards and their winners are a testament to the power of technology to deliver innovative solutions to American businesses and consumers. SIIA congratulates all of the CODiE Award winners and nominees, whose innovation is essential for continuing America’s leadership in the global knowledge economy."
Agistix named a finalist in 2008 American Business Awards in the Most Innovative Company category. The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories.
“ABA entries grew more than 30% this year, so being named a Finalist is more of an accomplishment than ever before,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of The Stevie Awards. “It means that independent business executives have agreed that the nominee is worthy of national recognition. We congratulate all of the Finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition.”
Agistix Named a START-IT Top 125 Manufacturing Technology Provider for 2008. "Each year, we see more change in the manufacturing industry and the available technology, and each year the editors of START-IT must be more critical in examining the top 125 technology providers," said Peggy Smedley, editorial director of START-IT. "The START-IT 125 lets our readers know what the best solutions are, who can provide them, and how they can help manufacturers improve business practices."
Agistix CEO Named a 2008 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. The Supply & Demand Chain Executive Provider Pros to Know is a listing of individuals from a software firm or service provider, consultancy, or analyst or research firm who have a vision for the 21st century supply chain and have personally helped clients apply technology or processes to modernize their supply chains.
"This year's Provider Pros to Know have shown themselves to be thought-leaders in their respective supply chain segments," said Andrew K. Reese, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive. "Their efforts in developing the tools and processes necessary for supply chain transformation, and in promoting new approaches to supply chain enablement, are helping raise Supply Chain's status within the enterprise and have earned them a place on this year's Provider Pros listing."
Agistix Logistics Management Automation (LMA) has been named a finalist for
the prestigious 2008 CODiE Award in the Best Supply Chain Solution category. Presented by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), these awards represent the only peer reviewed honor in the industry. The 2008 Finalists were chosen from more than 1,000 nominations submitted by more than 600 companies.
"Competition is tough this year and that makes selection as a CODiE Finalist a real achievement," said Ken Wash, SIIA president. "All the companies on this year's list should feel justifiably proud of their recognition."

Start-IT Hottest Companies: Up & Coming
"The companies who have been named Hot are technology providers targeting the manufacturing industry that have shown good financial results, important client wins, and significant events and accomplishments during the past year that help set a company apart from the competition.
Up & Coming companies are new businesses that have been in operation for less than two years, and the editors of START-IT believe them to have all of the ingredients necessary to be named Hot in subsequent years."
