Carriers providing support to their customers through the Agistix software are assured of a secure platform to provide information to their customers. Carriers can engage with Agistix through integration tools that support rating, booking and tracking of shipments in with any origin, destination or mode. The consistency of information and shipment notes ensure that all personnel are aware of the shipment status and any special requirements associated with the shipment, allowing streamlining of processes and data gathering on a global basis.
Agistix can directly integrate using API, SML or EDI interfaces for booking, rating and tracking functions with a multitude of carriers. If a carrier is unable to integrate, a carrier login to Agistix will be provided, allowing the carrier to receive email updates when shipments are booked and provide timely information to customer requests. The Agistix application stores all shipping documents as well to make information exchange with customers consistent and precise.
