Agistix Customer Advisory Board
The Agistix Customer Advisory Board (CAB) provides a forum for effective two-way communication between Agistix and its customers.
Overview
The Board’s charter is to represent the customer viewpoint on current and future Agistix technology and solution developments. A secondary, but equally important goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing a forum to share best practices and the opportunity to network with other companies that use Agistix technology.
The Board meets twice yearly, in the spring and fall. CAB members meet with representatives from Agistix senior management and engineering teams. These meetings enable Agistix to obtain feedback on their plans and provide the opportunity for the Board to voice concerns and comments brought to their attention in customer correspondence and contact.
The members of the Advisory Board are senior managers of companies spanning a range of industry sectors, geographic locations and technology usage within the Agistix customer base. This wide experience means the Board can effectively advise on the full range of existing and proposed product and service offerings. The CAB is a valuable tool to ensure that our solutions are positioned to satisfy customers’ long-term needs.
Objectives
Organize and focus customer recommendations on the most important issues:

Membership
Members are invited to serve for one year, retiring in rotation, but with the right to serve a further term by mutual agreement. At all times the aim is to maintain a diverse representation. If you are interested in participating in the CAB, please CAB@agistix.com or 650-780-9878.
